My order hasn't shipped, what is going on?
If your order has not been shipped, the first thing you should do is check your order confirmation email to determine what shipping option you selected. Then, check the departure from warehouse time. If it is pass the departure time, you should have received a tracking number via email and/or text message. The tracking status will give you an idea of when to expect your order.
